1) Check your A70 Flash IC (Can be done easily, at Skey page: "Recalc all keys")

You`ll see:

FlashID: 0001/227E-221D-2200
Flash size: 4Mb

Or

FlashID: 0001/220C
Flash size: 4Mb (or 8Mb)

2) Use proper Flash file !
